Apple Brings AI to Europe

Apple has announced that its AI tool, Apple Intelligence, will be available in the EU for iPhone and iPad users starting April 2025.

Initially, Apple delayed the EU release due to compliance with the Digital Markets Act and antitrust regulations. However, the company now confirms that Apple Intelligence will support more languages, including French, German, and Italian.

European users will soon be able to experience features such as Writing Tools, Genmoji, an enhanced Siri, and ChatGPT integration. Mac users in the EU can already access Apple Intelligence via the latest macOS Sequoia 15.1 update, provided their language settings are set to US English.

Apple Intelligence will be compatible with the latest iPhones—specifically, iPhone 16 models, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. It’s also supported on iPads equipped with the A17 Pro, M1, or newer processors, as well as Macs with M1 or later.

Alongside this announcement, Apple has introduced its latest iMac M4, with more Mac updates anticipated in the coming months.
